Share your planning within the team – internally and externally
A granular rights management helps you to share your room plans with everyone involved. Determine who can see which rooms, resources or projects, who can create or change bookings for which resources, and whether new bookings should be requested first or created directly.
Your planning as calendar feeds
Each location, resource and project can be subscribed to individually or collectively as a calendar feed. This allows you, for example, to automatically fill room calendars or to install digital room signage.
Data export for everything else
You can export all bookings individually or collectively with all the data you have stored as an Excel file or CSV at any time in order to evaluate them or use them for other purposes.
You can also print out your plans or export them as a PDF.
You retain sovereignty over your data.
Integration with other tools
Bookings can be integrated almost anywhere using the calendar feeds.
Microsoft Outlook
Outlook calendars can easily be synchronized with your freispace plans. Simply create a room calendar in Outlook and subscribe to one of the freispace feeds.
iCloud calendar
You can also sync your plans to one or more iCloud calendars. Simply subscribe to our calendar feeds.
Digital signage
Signage for your rooms is no problem thanks to the iCal feeds. If you need help setting it up, just contact our support team.
