What are Hallway Screens?
Hallway Screens are customizable links for web-enabled devices like Smart TVs that can be used to show the current day plan or weekly planning at the entrance of a facility. With a Frame license or above, the template for those screens can be completely customised to fit your individual needs.
What is Single-Sign-On (SSO)?
Single-Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication process that allows a user to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials. It allows users to log into freispace for example using their company Microsoft or Google account. This improves user experience and security by reducing password fatigue and the risk of phishing attacks. It also allows easier management of user access for an IT department.
What are Private Planner Views
Team members can create custom views in the planner (e.g. a specific set of resources, or different colouring) to accommodate their specific needs and preferences. This allows for a more personalized planning experience and can help improve productivity.
What's the definition of a Site?
A Site is a physical location, e.g. a studio or office building.
What are Legal Entities required for?
freispace allows creation of quotes and invoices from multiple legal entities. Our Focus and Frame tier only allow the use of one entity for purposes of billing.
Does freispace offer consulting? What type of consulting does freispace offer?
Yes, freispace offers consulting services to help customers optimize their post-production. We have a range of post-production professionals with years of experience in workflow optimization, change management and AI implementation. You can use consulting credits towards any kind of training sessions as well as workflow, automation and implementation support tailored to your specific business needs.
What are development credits used for?
Development credits can be used towards data imports, the creation or adaptation of templates of any kind, as well as automation building (e.g. Make workflows).
How do consulting and development credits work?
One credit equals one hour. Minimum billing unit: ½ hour. Credits expire 12 months after they are credited. Credits cannot be cashed out, refunded or credited. Consulting credits can be used for any consulting service, while development credits are specifically for development work. In addition to the credits awarded on annual plans, customers can purchase additional credits as needed.
What are Additional Per-user Permissions?
freispace uses Role Based Access Control (RBAC). Additional Per-user Permissions allow administrators to grant specific users extra capabilities beyond the role's default permissions. This can include access to specific features or resources/projects. These permissions are designed to give organizations more control over their user roles and access levels.
