What happens to our data after the contract ends?

After the contract ends, we automatically delete the team's data after a certain period of time. Super-admins and/or contract partners will receive a notification in advance.

Can I manually delete my data?

Yes.

Team deletion: Super-admins of a team can permanently delete the team at any time. This can be done in the Team Settings on the Administration tab at the very bottom of the page.

Account deletion: Your own account can be deleted at any time. Open the profile menu by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner and select Account. At the bottom of the page, you will find a button for the irreversible deletion of your account. Teams where you are the sole super-admin will also be deleted.

Please note: We cannot restore deleted accounts and teams!

I would like to read freispace's technical and organizational measures (TOMs).

Our TOMs are an integral part of our contracts. For security reasons, they are not publicly available. If you would like a copy, please contact us and we will send a copy promptly.
